I first saw you trying to fit in the kindergarten chairs.
Our daughters brought us together.
You sat and waited with a child you barely knew when I was late to pick her up at gymnastics. And you never complained.
You were the first couple to arrive and sometimes, among the last to leave.
You always went all out for each event, whether it was a holiday gathering, a sporting event or a crazy costumed party.
You were all in.
We loved that.
We loved how your booming laugh filled our kitchen, how your jokes and teasing stayed with us well after the party was over. How you were the perfect combination of tough and tender.
We will remember you and lift up your family.
We won't let anyone forget you, Brian Leech.
