Hey, a girl can dream, can't she?

We're not moving. Not for a little while longer. And not until WE want to, unlike all those other moves. But I still shop here a lot. I think it's more that I want to see inside stranger's houses. I admit the pictures are not nearly as interesting when the houses are empty. Sometimes I feel like one of the Queer Guys from the TV show as I critique Grandma's doilies or the ratty recliner in the "Great Room." Sure, I know the house doesn't come with the furniture, unlike those dorks on TV who can't see past puce paint to potential. God, that was poetic.
Today I am dreaming HERE.
Come with me.
*holds out hand*

Don't worry, I'll be okay. Because tonight from 5-9, there's a party and sale here.

I'm a house voyeur, too! I tell my husband to drive slowly at night when we drive by houses with lights are on.

He hates it because it invariably ends up with me getting new ideas for *our* house. :)

I'm a real estate junkie too! I'm addicted to trulia.com, and search for VTs (um, that would be virtual tours, of course) up and down the east coast on homes I can't afford and can't drive by.

I'm a stalker for sure. =)

I'm with you on that. In the Winter it's dark when I go running and I'm always looking in people's windows as I pass by.

Heidi- so funny. I wrote a short story based on the "vision" I had thru a lighted window drive by.
Victoria- totally scoping out that site now- thanks.
CHurlita- walk by, you'll see more
MAypole- HAHAHA. we gotta win the place first. Sweepstakes start soon.

Ooooh, I am an avid Realtor.com junky. We have a lake house at lake north of where we live and I am always going on that site to see if there is something better for sale than what we have - not that we could ever afford to upgrade - with four kids and cars and college in the near future - we are probably going to have to see the house we already have - maybe both. I've never see that HGTV site and that is cool - and that house just made me very depressed this morning - thank-you-so-much-for-doing-that! Take care and thanks for the new realestate hookup. Kellan
